Challenge

Ginger wanted to reach out to teenagers in need of mental health support. The task was to grow their services while making sure it resonates with a younger crowd, all while keeping their parents, who are often the decision-makers, in the loop.

Solution

We created a 90s animated explainer video that parents could relate to. It showed how Ginger can help teens deal with mental health challenges, making it simple for parents to understand why Ginger's services could be a game-changer for their kids.

Results

After the video launch, more parents signed up their teenagers for Ginger's on-demand mental healthcare. The animated explainer video style and tone struck a chord, and parents could clearly see the value in giving their kids access to Ginger's services. It was a big win for Ginger and for supporting teen mental health.
